Sauerkraut Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. onion
1/2 c. green pepper
1 bag or large can sauerkraut
1/3 c. oil
Preparation
-
Chop vegetables and drain sauerkraut.
Cover sauerkraut with water and drain again, well.
Put all ingredients together and mix well.
