Homemade Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 large tomatoes
    6 large onions
    3 large green peppers
    3 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. ginger
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    6 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    6 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind tomatoes, onions and peppers together.
    Add spices and vinegar and boil until thickens (3 to 5 hours).
    Put into hot, sterilized pint or quart jars.
