Sunrise Swirl(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (sugar-free)
2 Tbsp. orange juice frozen concentrate
1 tsp. artificial sweetener
8 oz. lemon flavored low-fat yogurt
Preparation

Combine fruit cocktail with orange concentrate and artificial sweetener.
Bring to a boil; simmer for 10 minutes.
Chill.
Layer 4 tablespoons fruit in parfait glass and 2 tablespoons yogurt for each serving.
Serves 6.
Each serving contains only 80 calories.
