Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sauerkraut, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 small jar chopped pimento
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put sauerkraut in flat dish or square Tupperware (with lid). Layer remainder of ingredients.
    Do not stir.
    Put in refrigerator overnight.
    The next morning, mix with 4 tablespoons vinegar. (You can half the recipe.)
