Pineapple Icebox Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 c. whipping cream
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Crush wafers.
Cream sugar and butter; add eggs.
Spread 1/2 of vanilla wafer crumbs on bottom of pan.
Add butter, sugar and egg mixture, then drained pineapple, then whipped cream and nuts. Spread on other half of crumbs.
Leave in refrigerator 24 hours before serving.
