Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer, cut up
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. dry white wine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Season chicken with salt and pepper.
    Place in heavy casserole dish.
    Mix sour cream, wine and soup; pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
