Congo Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (6 oz.) Jell-O (any flavor)
    4 c. boiling water
    9 c. cold water
    4 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) ReaLemon
    2 (46 oz.) pineapple juice
    1 oz. almond extract
    2 qt. ginger ale
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add remaining ingredients except ginger ale.
    Freeze in two 5-quart pails.
    Take out of freezer 3 to 4 hours before serving.
    Add ginger ale or similar pop just before serving.
    Serves 50.
