Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. coconut
3/4 c. nuts
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
Preparation
-
Beat sugar, oil and eggs.
Add pineapple and mix together carrots, flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Then add to liquid mixture and beat again.
Grease and flour pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
