Carrot Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and mashed carrots
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine cheese, carrots, salt, pepper and onion.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in eggs and then in bread crumbs.
Fry in deep fat until brown.
Serves 4 or 5.
