Stroganoff Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. dried bread crumbs
    salt, pepper
    3/4 c. minced onions
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    10 1/2 oz. can beef bouillon
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine ground round, milk, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Shape into 1 1/4-inch balls.
    brown in 1/4 stick oleo.
    Remove from pan.
    In 1/4 stick oleo, cook onions and mushrooms with paprika until tender.
    Sprinkle flour over mixture.
    Stir in beef bouillon.
    Return meat balls to sauce. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire and sour cream.
    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
