Fabulous Low-Fat, High Carb Soup(Servings: 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground turkey
    3 large onions
    2 heaping Tbsp. garlic
    4 heaping Tbsp. curry
    2 qt. jars Ragu or Prego sauce
    4 c. each: carrots, celery, cauliflower, broccoli
    2 (No. 2) cans green beans
    1/3 lb. box pasta shells or 2 lb. diced potatoes
    water (to cover)
Preparation
    Brown turkey with onions and garlic.
    Add the rest of the ingredients.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Let stand 15 minutes.
