Turkey Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey
    2 c. brown or white cooked rice
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and drained
    2 tsp. oleo
    1/4 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine soup, milk, thyme, lemon juice and pepper in a large mixing bowl; set aside 1/2 cup of mixture. Add turkey and rice to mixture in bowl and toss well to mix. Lightly coat an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with cooking spray.
    Spoon turkey mixture into the dish.
    Arrange the broccoli on top.
    Pour the reserved 1/2 cup of soup mixture evenly over all.
