Beef Paprika - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. sliced onion
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown beef in oil.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Add remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup water.
    Cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
    Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
    Make gravy thickened with remaining 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup water.
