Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sweet milk
    2 c. nuts (black walnuts, hickory nuts, pecans)
Preparation
    Cream butter; add sugar and eggs.
    Beat well.
    Add flour, salt and baking powder with milk.
    Add vanilla and chopped nuts that have been lightly sprinkled with flour.
    Pour into greased, floured tube pan or two loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 60 minutes.
    A toothpick will come out clean when it is done.
