Mock Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup
Preparation

Mix well and pat down on cookie sheet.
Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
Cut in squares and brown in skillet in light oil.
Place meat in baking dish and cover with 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 package Lipton dry onion soup.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
