Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium baking potatoes (Russets are good)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1/2 c. hot milk
    1 tsp. onion salt
    2 Tbsp. softened butter
    pepper to taste
    parsley
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Scrub potatoes.
    Rub with oil.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and cool to handle.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Remove cooked potatoes to large mixing bowl.
    Mash with cream cheese, milk, onion salt, butter and pepper.
    Push through potato ricer.
    Pile back into skins.
    Sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
    Freeze or refrigerate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes before serving.
