German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 potatoes, cooked and sliced (do not over cook)
1 medium onion (1 1/4 inch), raw to potatoes
salt and pepper to taste
2 slices cooked bacon
2/3 c. cider vinegar
2/3 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 rounded Tbsp. flour
Preparation

To bacon fat, add 1 rounded tablespoon flour, 2/3 cup cider vinegar, 2/3 cup water and 1/4 cup sugar.
Bring to a boil; cool a bit before pouring over the potatoes.
