Weight Watchers Cheese Melts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 English muffin, split and toasted
    1/2 medium avocado, mashed
    1 oz. sliced ham or turkey
    3/4 oz. shredded cheese (any kind)
Preparation
    Spread muffins with avocado, ham and cheese.
    Broil 5 to 6 minutes.
    (1 F, 2 proteins and 2 breads.)
