Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Crisco
    5 large egg yolks, added one at a time
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. coconut
    5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 4 round cake pans. Blend all ingredients together except egg whites.
    Fold in egg whites last.
    Pour into prepared pans.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
