Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (except 3 Tbsp.)
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Drain pineapple; mix with cheese.
Mix flour and sugar.
Add to pineapple and cheese.
Pour into buttered baking dish.
Top with Ritz cracker crumbs, mixed with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
