Italian Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. rolled roast, cooked
drippings
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1 tsp. sweet pepper flakes
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. dark chili powder
2 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation

Cook roast until medium rare; slice thin.
Add enough water to cover meat.
Cook in Dutch oven for 1 hour over low heat.
Serve on hard rolls.
