Lazy Pierogie(Polish, Lenine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flour
    4 egg yolks
    1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Add milk if too heavy to roll.
    Roll into 1-inch thick pieces and flatten.
    Slice at angle to make 4-inch pieces.
    Put into boiling water.
    They are done when they float to top.
    Serve with buttered, browned bread crumbs or butter sauteed onions.
