Hominy Scramble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can white hominy
    5 or 6 slices bacon
    3 large eggs
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    5 or 6 drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Fry bacon partially done (not crispy).
    Remove from pan and cut in bite-size pieces.
    Add green pepper to drippings.
    When cooked, add hominy and heat through.
    Add bacon.
    Add hot sauce to eggs and beat slightly.
    Add salt to taste.
    Pour eggs in hominy mixture and continue to cook while stirring until eggs are set. Serves 4.
