Barbecued Beef On A Bun - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    3 celery ribs (leaves included)
    14 oz. catsup
    1 Tbsp. each: mustard, vinegar and oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. each: paprika and cumin
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    sesame seed hamburger buns
Preparation
    Heat oil.
    Saute onion, green pepper and celery.
    Crumble meat and brown it.
    Mix the catsup, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper, paprika, cumin and chili powder in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Pour sauce over meat and mix together.
    Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve on hamburger buns.
