Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. cornflakes, crushed
    dash of pepper
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    flour
    fat
    1 can golden mushroom soup, mixed with 1 can milk
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, onion, milk, cornflakes, salt and pepper. Form into 6 patties, roll in flour and brown in fat.
    Place in baking pan.
    Cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
