Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. coconut extract
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; grease and flour a tube pan. Mix eggs, sugar, and oil; add flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla, milk, extract, and coconut. Pour into tube pan and bake 55 minutes. Cool in pan for 1 minute before removing. Pour sauce over hot cake.
