Self-Rising Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. Crisco
1/4 c. warm water (not hot)
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 to 1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water; set aside.
Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Cut in Crisco.
Add milk until well mixed.
Add the yeast mixture.
Roll out and cut into biscuits. Let rise in pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
