Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless chicken breasts, deboned
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    lemon juice
Preparation
    Pound chicken until thin.
    Salt and pepper one side.
    Mix together margarine, parsley and a short squirt of lemon juice. Place 1/4 of mixture on each breast.
    Roll like a cabbage roll. Roll chicken roll in flour.
    (You can do this the night before.) Dip chicken in beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs.
    Fry until brown, just about 5 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
