Applesauce Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. light corn oil margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
    1 (16 oz.) jar applesauce
    1 (8 oz.) plain nonfat yogurt
    1 (8 oz.) frozen egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Toast walnuts in saucepan over medium heat, shaking pan frequently; chop.
    Blend sugar and margarine; add all other ingredients, stirring until all ingredients are well blended. Bake in a greased tube pan 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
