Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced zucchini
6 Tbsp. butter
1 large onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation
-
Parboil squash; drain.
Saute onion in half of the butter until golden.
Pour into squash all ingredients except eggs (when cool).
Grease casserole.
Saute bread crumbs in butter and put on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
