Fat Man'S Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    crushed saltine crackers
    2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    2 lb. shrimp, cooked and shelled
    butter
Preparation
    Mix together sour cream, soup, cheese and mustard.
    In a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish, layer spinach, shrimp and sauce. Top with buttered cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
