Mostaccioli For 40 People - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. ground chuck
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut in small pieces
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 cloves garlic
    2 bay leaves
    1 1/2 tsp. basil
    1 1/2 tsp. oregano
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 large cans tomatoes
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    4 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Brown meat, garlic and onion; drain off fat.
    Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sauce and seasonings.
    Add water to desired consistency (sauce thickens as it cooks).
    Cook slowly for 45 to 50 minutes.
