New England Orange Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 beaten egg yolks
    3 beaten egg whites
    juice and grated rind of 1 orange
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine beaten yolks, both juices and rind.
    Add all other ingredients except the whites and beat well.
    Finally fold in the beaten whites.
    Pour into souffle or other baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot or cold.
