Near Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter flavor Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. self-rising flour
    4 eggs
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
    Add milk; mix well.
    Add flour and beat until real creamy.
    Add flavoring; mix well.
    Pour in 10 to 12-cup Bundt pan that has been greased and floured.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
