Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 firm tomatoes
    3/4 bunch cilantro
    1/2 Vidalia onion
    3 Serrano chiles
    2 yellow/green chiles
    1/2 lemon (juice)
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Chop tomatoes, cilantro, onion and peppers (remove seeds fo a milder taste).
    Add lemon juice and salt to taste.
    Make ahead, will mellow with time.
    Goes great with Margaritas in the summertime.
