Garlic Lime Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    1/2 c. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/4 c. lime juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
Preparation
    Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.
    Place chicken in bowl and pour sauce over it. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Spray a nonstick pan with Pam and place on a burner set at medium heat. Add chicken and cook about 6 minutes on each side or until meat is fork-tender.
    Makes 4 servings, 130 calories each.
