Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 c. drained corn
    2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation
    Beat eggs and stir in milk, flour and all other ingredients. Drop from spoon in deep fat.
    Fry until brown.
    Serves 6 to 8. Serve with plenty of butter and syrup!
