Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
48 Rolo chewy caramel
1 tsp. sugar
4 oz. white chocolate
Preparation

In a small bowl, combine flour, cocoa and baking soda.
In large bowl, beat 1 cup sugar, brown sugar and butter until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs and beat well.
Add flour mixture and blend well.
With floured hands, shape about 1 tablespoon of dough around 1 Rolo caramel candy, for each cookie.
In small bowl, combine nuts and sugar.
Press one side of cookie in mixture. Place this side up and bake at 375\u00b0 for 7 to 10 minutes.
Drizzle melted white chocolate over cookies.
