Humus Tahine Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chick peas or garbanzo beans
    12-1/4 t garlic puree
    salt to taste
    6 T sesame tahine oil
    7 oz lemon juice
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil peas in juice from can til soft (approx. 45 minutes). Let cool and drain.
    Add peas to blender and blend until paste like consistency.
    Add Sesame Tahine oil (mixed well before adding to peas).
    Add garlic, lemon juice and salt.
    Blend well. Sprinkle paprika on top.
    This is very good on pocket bread, celery or carrots.
