Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips bacon
    1 small onion
    2 cans pork and beans
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 Tbsp. catsup
    1/4 c. bell pepper
Preparation
    Fry bacon until half done.
    Add chopped onion.
    When onion is slightly browned, pour off most of grease; add beans, brown sugar, vinegar and catsup and stir well.
    Cover and simmer in oven two hours.
