Gazpacho Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. tomatoes
1/2 c. peppers
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. carrot
2 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. salt
dash of Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown vinegar
2 small pkg. lemon jello
1 1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
-
Chop and combine vegetables, seasonings and vinegar.
Let stand.
Dissolve jello in boiling water; then add cold water. Chill until thickened; then add vegetables.
