Company Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Simmer browned beef and tomato sauce together.
Combine all remaining ingredients (except noodles).
For bottom layer, use half the noodles.
For second layer, use half the noodles mixed with cheese mixture.
For top layer, use meat sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Refrigerate overnight.
Reheat at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
