Mother'S Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. milk
    1 1/2 c. blueberries
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Cream shortening; add sugar and cream well.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add milk and vanilla; set aside.
    Dust blueberries in flour.
    Mix dry ingredients into sugar/egg mixture, then gently fold in the berries.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 9-inch pan and bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    As soon as you remove from oven, sprinkle with sugar; serve warm.
