Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. sausage
    4 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Put croutons in a 9 x 13-inch greased casserole dish.
    Spread with cheese.
    Cook and drain sausage and spread over cheese.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over sausage.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
