Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    1 pkg. smoked hot sausage (precooked)
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Slice potatoes, then cook (boil) until firm, but soft (not mushy).
    In a large casserole dish, mix everything, except potatoes.
    Cut sausage into bite size pieces.
    Put potatoes in last and mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (Can add onion.)
