Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c pineapple, crushed
1 T unflavored gelatin
3/4 c cranberry sauce
2 c water
1 pkg cherry jello
1/2 c celery, chopped
1/2 c pecans, chopped
Preparation

Drain
and add water to juice to make 1/2 cup.
Add unflavored gelatin to this mixture.
In small pan dissolve cranberry sauce over low heat, when dissolved add 2 cups water to pan.
Add juice mixture and dissolve cherry
jello to hot cranberry mixture.
Add pineapple, celery and nuts.
Pour into mold and chill until set.
