Cabbage Roll Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 small onion
    1/3 c. water
    12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1/3 c. rice
Preparation
    Shred cabbage.
    In 5-quart Dutch oven over medium heat in hot salad oil, cook cabbage and salt until very tender.
    Add water, if needed.
    Cook hamburger and onion together; stir in spaghetti sauce, rice and water.
    Cover and simmer until rice is tender about 20 minutes.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Into 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, spoon 1/2 meat sauce mixture.
    Top with 1/2 cabbage and 1/2 cheese; repeat layers.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes.
