Peach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 c. peach puree
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream sugar and shortening together.
    Add eggs; mix thoroughly.
    Add peach puree and dry ingredients; mix thoroughly. Add vanilla and nuts; stir until blended.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans (5 x 9-inch) that have been well-greased and floured.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let bread cool a few minutes before removing from pan.
