Apricot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (No. 2) cans apricots
    2 sticks oleo
    1 box light brown sugar
    2 stacks Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain apricots and put in 2-quart casserole (long flat dish). Cover with sugar and then cut butter into pieces and lay over sugar.
    Break crackers into small pieces (but not fine pieces) and put on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Good served as a side dish to ham, turkey or chicken.
    Also, can be served as a dessert.
