Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed with 1 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    To
    drained
    and
    mashed potatoes, add cheese and other ingredients; blend well.
    Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 8-inch
    square baking dish.
    Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake
    immediately
    or cover and refrigerate.
    If refrigerated, let stand
    30
    minutes\tat
    room
    temperature.\tBake
    at 325\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.\tServes 8.
